Right of return

You may return a purchased item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Conditions

• The item must not have been worn, used or washed.
• The original tags must still be attached.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• The product must be well packed for the return shipment.

How to return

• Email archive.outlet.store@gmail.com with your order number and the item you are returning.
• Wait for confirmation and the return address instructions.
• Send the parcel — items sent back without a prior request are not accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item we will let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, the amount is refunded via the original payment method within the statutory period.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except when the item received differs from the one ordered or has a manufacturing defect. In those cases we cover shipping both ways.

Exchanges

Because almost every item is a single piece in a single size, a direct exchange for another size is usually not possible. The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order.
