1. General

The site is owned and operated by Mesarium-2026 Ltd, UIC 208714764, VAT BG208714764, registered in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, 6000. By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Most products are offered in a single size and a single quantity; in rare cases stock is 2–3 pieces. Once sold, an item may not become available again.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) including VAT and may change without prior notice. Technical errors in prices or availability are possible — in such a case we reserve the right to decline the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

Archive Outlet reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in case of: a technical pricing error; lack of stock; suspicion of fraudulent activity; inability to fulfil for reasons beyond our control. After a successful order you receive an email confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept debit and credit card payments through Stripe, as well as cash on delivery. Card data is processed entirely by Stripe — Archive Outlet has no access to it and does not store it.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by Pigeon Express to an address, office or locker within Bulgaria. See the Shipping page for times and prices.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted under our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law (14 days for EU consumers).

8. Intellectual property

All images, texts, logos, design and content on Archive Outlet are the property of the company and may not be copied, used or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Archive Outlet is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by courier companies, natural disasters, technical problems or other circumstances beyond our control.
