What we collect
- Contact details: first name, last name, email, phone.
- Delivery address: town, street and number, or the chosen courier office/locker.
- Order data: items, amounts, payment method, status.
- Your email address if you subscribe to new-arrival alerts.
- Technical browser data (IP address, device type) for security and abuse prevention.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect or store bank card data. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — a certified PCI-DSS provider.
Why we use your data
- To fulfil your order — processing, issuing the waybill and delivery.
- To contact you about your order (confirmation, tracking, issues).
- To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax reporting).
- To send new-arrival alerts — only with your explicit consent.
Who we share data with
- Pigeon Express — name, phone and delivery address, to issue the waybill.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — to process card payments.
- Resend — to send transactional emails.
- Vercel Inc. — website and database hosting.
- Competent authorities — only where required by law.
Retention
Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. Subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
- Access to the personal data we process about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”), where no legal retention obligation applies.
- Restriction of and objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- Complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (kzld.bg).
