Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the payment (card) or the order (cash on delivery) is confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over €40.
• Below €40 the price is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery choice, weight and destination — you see the exact amount before you confirm.
• Cash on delivery adds a service fee, also shown at checkout.

Delivery options

• To an address — the courier delivers to the address you provide.
• To a Pigeon Express office — pick your parcel up at a time that suits you.
• To a locker (APS) — 24/7 pickup where a locker is available.

Delivery time

Delivery within Bulgaria usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Delayed or lost parcels

In rare cases a delay may occur due to courier load, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If you believe your parcel is delayed or lost, email archive.outlet.store@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist.

All items are in stock and ship directly from Bulgaria. Most products are single pieces — once sold, they may not become available again.
